Panel 1: DigitalTransformation of Education Driven by AI

In 2023, internettechnology witnessed a significant development. Large-scale speech models suchas ChatGPT, followed by China's ERNIE Bot and SparkDesk Model, gained worldwideattention. As a broad and evolving field, educational technology research aimsto lead us to a more flexible, intelligent, and global learning environment byintegrating the latest technological advances to provide more efficient,innovative, and personalized solutions for education. However, Internettechnologies, especially artificial intelligence (AI), bring new opportunitiesfor education as well as unprecedented risks and challenges. This panel aims toexplore solid theoretical foundations and careful pedagogical designs tounderstand and promote the digital transformation of education.

Panel 2: Mental Health,Wellbeing and Education

The proposed panel aims toshed light on the critical intersection of mental health and education,exploring strategies, challenges, and innovations that promote well-being ineducational settings. The primary objective of this panel is to provide acomprehensive understanding of the relationship between mental health andeducation, addressing key issues, and presenting evidence-based solutions foreducators, administrators, and policymakers.

Panel 3: Language,Multilingualism, and Education

This panel aims to explorelanguage and its use in the educational context from an interdisciplinary pointof view. Drawing on discussions of multilingualism and translation, it providescritical, innovative insights for language education.

Panel 4: Practice in artseducation

This panel focuses on howChinese and British arts education scholars take stock of bridging the gapbetween theories and practices in diverse contexts. In this regard, practicesencompass a wide range of aspects, including but not limited to culture, society,pedagogy, contemporary art, public engagement and community building. Theprimary goal of this panel is to facilitate intellectual communications andexplore new possibilities in the field.
